Run a Marketing Cloud Report

Most Marketing Cloud reports require parameters to be defined before results are returned.

Note: To run some Marketing Cloud reports, you MUST make a selection for each parameter in linear order. Each parameter filter must to be opened, even to just select all or confirm the default option.

1. From the navigation menu on the Marketing Cloud dashboard, click Reports. The Reports menu expands.

   

2. From the Reports menu, select a report category. A list of reports available for that category appears.
3. Select the report you want to run. The Report Viewer - <Report Name> screen appears showing the parameters available for the report you selected.
4. Use the drop-down lists to select your report parameters. Depending on the type of report you select, the parameters will vary.

   Note: Parameters marked with an asterisk (*) are required to successfully run a report and vary depending on the report selected.

5. Click Retrieve Report. The report results appear.
