Manage Supplier Invitations
Within Inntopia CRS, resellers can extend invitations to suppliers to sell products on their behalf via Inntopia RMS. In RMS, suppliers can then either accept or decline the invitation. Notice of a pending invitation appears in the New Supplier Invitations tab on the RMS home screen. Invitations are also sent to suppliers via email which contains a link through which recipients can open the invitation.
The invitation includes payment, rate, and tax calculation information.
Accept or Decline an Invitation
- From the RMS home page, click the New Supplier Invitations tab. The list of pending invitations appears displaying information about each invitation.
- To accept an invitation, click its corresponding blue icon. The invitation is accepted, the reseller is notified via email, and the invitation is removed from the list of pending invites.
- To decline an invitation, click its corresponding red icon. The invitation is declined, the reseller is notified, and the invitation is removed from the list of pending invites.
