eComm Address Auto-Complete
You can configure your Inntopia eComm sales channels to provide auto-complete address options for US, CA, AUS guests in the check-out path. When guests are completing their address information, a drop-down of addresses most closely matching their street address entry appears from which they can select the correct address.
This feature helps mitigate errors that occur from guests manually entering address information which can lead to delays in receiving purchased products such as ski passes.
Notes:
- Address Auto-Complete is supported for reservations originating in Inntopia CRS and completed online in Inntopia eComm.
- Auto-Complete addresses are not verified with USPS or other postal services.
Requirements
- Set up must be configured by Inntopia staff.
- Partner must have an account with Geoapify®.
Set Up
Address Auto-Complete can be set up per sales channel. There is no fee for this set up.
To request Address Auto-Complete set up, contact Inntopia Partner Services with the following information:
- Sales channel IDs of each sales channel for which you want to set up Address Auto-Complete.
- API key obtained from Geoapify.
