Reset Your Inntopia CRS or RMS Password
The Inntopia Commerce system requires you to reset your password every 90 days using the following criteria:
- Passwords must be at least seven characters.
- Passwords must be a combination including at least one letter and at least one number.
- New passwords cannot be the same as the four previous passwords.

Reset Current, Forgotten, or Expired Password
You can easily change your current password or reset a forgotten or expired password. If you become locked out of your account after too many failed password attempts, you must reset your password.
- Go to the CRS or RMS login screen.
- Enter your user name.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
A message appears prompting you to confirm the password reset.
- Click Continue. A temporary password is sent to the email address associated with your user name and the Change Password screen appears with your user name already entered in the Username field.
- Retrieve the temporary password from the email and, in the Temporary Password field, enter the temporary password.
- In the New Password field, enter the new password you want to use for your account.
- In the Confirm New Password field, enter the new password you want to use again. The password you enter here MUST match the password you enter in the New Password field.
- Click Change Password. The login screen appears and you can now log in using the new password you just created.
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive the temporary password, try the following:
- Check the junk email folder of the email address associated with the user ID.
- Contact Inntopia Partner Services to verify the following:
- Correct email address associated with your User ID.
- Account lockout. If email is correct, verify whether the account has been locked out. In many cases, if the user has been locked out, the email does not get sent to the user. After the account has been unlocked by Inntopia staff, try resetting password again.
