Marketing Cloud Password Policy

The following password policies apply to all users of the Inntopia Marketing Cloud Insight portal:

The Inntopia Marketing Cloud Insight portal requires you to reset your password every 60 days using the following criteria:

  • Passwords must be at least eight characters long.
  • Passwords must contain a mix of upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers, special characters.
  • New passwords cannot be the same as the most recent previous password.

If you forget your password, you must reset your password using the Forgot Password? link on the Inntopia Marketing Cloud login screen.

Any user receiving a new account is required to change their password during their initial login.

All Marketing Cloud user sessions timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity. After 15 minutes of inactivity, you must log in again.
