Adobe Analytics

Inntopia supports using Adobe Analytics on your eComm site to track conversions and shopping trends.

You must have an active Adobe Analytics account to use Adobe Analytics on your Inntopia eComm site.

  1. Create an Adobe Analytics account.
  2. Add the Adobe tracking code to your online sales channel within the System page in Inntopia CRS:
    1. Log into your Inntopia CRS account and click the System tab. The System page appears.
    2. From the Select Another Account drop-down list (located in the top right hand corner of the page), select your online sales channel.
    3. Scroll to the Tracking Code section at the bottom of the page.
    4. In the Account Type column of the tracking code section:
      1. Select Adobe Analytics.
      2. In the Code column, enter the three set of digits from your tracking code separated by hyphens.
        For example, if your tracking code is assets.adobe.com/ABC123/DEF456/launch-GHI789, enter ABC123-DEF456-GHI789 in the Code field.

    5. Leave the Server field blank.
    6. Click Add.
