Log into Inntopia CRS or Inntopia RMS
Inntopia CRS and Inntopia RMS use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) which requires users to enter a verification code received either via voice/text message or email as part of the log-in process.
Each CRS or RMS user must have a dedicated verification phone number or email address associated with their user account to receive the verification code.
Note: The Verification Phone Number field supports phone extensions, international numbers, and internet/VOIP phone numbers.

To receive the verification code via voice/text, each user must have a dedicated verification phone number for their user account.
- Open the Inntopia CRS or RMS login screen.
- In the Username field, enter the username you chose when you created your Inntopia CRS or RMS account.
- In the Password field on the login screen, enter your password.
- Click Login. A pop-up window appears offering a choice between receiving the verification code via text or phone call.
- Select the method by which you want to receive the code and click Ok, send me a code. The verification code is sent via the selected method to the verification phone number associated with your account.
- In the Verification Code field on the login screen, enter the code you received.
- Click Verify. You are now logged into your Inntopia CRS or RMS account.
- The Verification Phone Number field supports phone extensions, international numbers, and internet/VOIP phone numbers.
- The verification code is valid for ten minutes. If your verification code expires prior to entering it in the Verification Code field, you must request another code.
To receive the authentication code via email, each user must have a dedicated email address .
- Open the Inntopia CRS or RMS login screen.
- In the Username field, enter the username you chose when you created your Inntopia CRS or RMS account.
- In the Password field on the login screen, enter your password.
- Click Login. An email containing a verification code is sent to the email address associated with your username and the Verification Code field appears on the login screen.
- Locate the email you received from Customer Care <onetime.authentication@inntopia.com> in your email in-box.
- In the Verification Code field, enter the verification code you received in the email.
- Click Verify. You are now logged into your Inntopia CRS or RMS account.
- If the email does not appear in your in-box, be sure to check other email folders such as Junk or Spam.
- The verification code is valid for ten minutes. If your verification code expires prior to entering it in the Verification Code field, you must request another code.
