CRS Receivables Reports

If you have Reports privileges, you can run and view the following Receivables reports in Inntopia CRS:

• Accounts Receivable Aging (Month End) – View the receivable amount due from your suppliers as of a specific month-end.
• Cash Receipts, Adjustments, and Customer Billing – Reconcile customer balances due.
• Customer Credit Balances – See a list of itineraries with unreconciled credit balances.
• Customer Credit on Account and Gift Certificate Liability – Track customer credit on account balance amounts.
• Customer Credit on Account and Gift Certificate Transactions – Track credits issued to customer accounts.
• Customer Deposits Due – See balances due as of a specific date per itinerary.
• Future Cash Receivables – Get an overview of your outstanding receivables by month.
• Guest Payment Review – View payments that have been collected and credits that have been issued.
• Supplier Commission Statements – See a list of every statement emailed as of the end of a given month.
• Third-Party Payments – View information about reservations booked through Inntopia using third-party payment methods.
• Your Suppliers' Aging – See the amount currently due from your suppliers.
