Marketing Cloud reports provide highly relevant metrics and statistics about your resort. They highlight trends related to resort lodging, customer purchases, customer feedback, mail and email campaign return on investment (ROI), information capture success rates, and much more. Before running a report, you must define parameters and apply filters so that the data is best suited to your needs. Once results are returned, you can export report data to a .pdf, .xlsx, or .csv file for further analysis. Marketing Cloud reports are divided into the following categories:
