- Fee-Inclusive Pricing – An issue causing inconsistent fee-inclusive pricing on some eComm pages has been fixed.

Inntopia + Agilysys Versa – Inntopia has developed a two-way integration with the Agilysys Versa PMS.
- Siriusware Integration – For partners integrated with Siriusware who want pass or ticket numbers to originate in Siriusware, the Inntopia + Siriusware integration now supports GetPassID.
- Maestro Integration – The Inntopia + Maestro integration now supports Deposit/Refund Payment Postings.
- eComm Address Auto-Complete – You can now configure your Inntopia eComm sales channels to provide auto-complete address options for US, CA, AUS guests in the check-out path.

- Visual Indicators – To indicate to users that their requested action is taking place and to prevent users from attempting further action before the current action is complete, visual indicators such as spinners and greyed-out buttons have been added to the interface.
- Add to Cart Calculation – The Add to Cart button now calculates the total of each selected item to be added to the shopping cart, including required and optional bundle products.
- Fair Pricing Text Display – To allow compliance with laws requiring tax and fee transparency in online pricing displays, for accounts set up to do so, Activity Wizard now displays text alerting consumers to Tax-Inclusive and/or Fee-Inclusive pricing.
- General Performance Enhancements
- YieldView Calendar Currency Code – An issue sometimes causing the currency code in the eComm YieldView Calendar to appear different from what was expected has been fixed.
- Activity Wizard – You can now build a custom eComm shopping page that lets shoppers select from pre-defined product parameters (attributes) that drive them to a tailor-made set of search results.
- Adobe Analytics Tracking – Adobe Analytics website tracking is now supported for eComm sales channels.
- OneTrust – OneTrust, a data privacy and security software provider, is now supported for eComm sales channels.
- Reservation Processing – An unnecessary yellow warning message no longer appears upon successfully completing a forced price-change reservation in Inntopia CRS.
- Fee-Inclusive Pricing – To allow users selling to consumers residing in California comply with California's new Honest Pricing law, a fee-inclusive pricing display option is now available.

Deactivate Product-level Tax – An issue preventing taxes from becoming inactive on the specified date and preventing the Inactive Date from appearing as expected on the Product Tax screen in Inntopia RMS after a product-specific tax has been set to be deactivated has been fixed.
As result of the issue fix, the Deactivate Tax Table window now allows users to select a specific product tax for deactivation from a drop-down list.
- RTP Two-Way Integration – RTP Private Lesson profile mapping is now supported via the following customer requirements:
- Ability Level for Private Lesson
- Instructor Request
- Private Lesson Comment
- Nexio – The Nexio + Inntopia integration now uses a newly redesigned credit card entry and wallet-style storage format in Inntopia CRS.
- Package Builder – An issue causing incorrect available quantities of grouped activity products in Package Builder has been fixed.
- Supplier Detail Page – An issue that, in some instances, caused duplicate search filters to appear on the supplier detail page in eComm has been fixed.
- Springer-Miller Systems (SMS) Integration – The Inntopia + Springer-Miller Systems integration now supports group block inventory and reservations.

Inntopia RMS –
- Product Taxes – An issue preventing a product-level tax having the same name as an existing company-level tax from being applied to the product has been fixed. The product-level tax is now applied to the product as expected.
- User Administration – An issue preventing users who have the correct permissions from administering users in inactive suppliers has been fixed. Users with adequate permissions can now administer users in inactive suppliers.
- Copy Product – An issue causing an incorrect link to be assigned to a copied product photo assigned to a new product has been fixed.
- Merchandise Price Change – An issue causing a price change on a merchandise item to also change the price of any inventoried items with the same price has been fixed. Inventoried items now maintain their original price and are not impacted by changes to merchandise items.

Nexio
- Address Verification Service (AVS) – The Nexio integration has been enhanced to collect guest address information to support using AVS functionality.
- Kount – The Nexio integration has been enhanced to collect additional guest information to provide more advanced Kount fraud protection.
- JSON API – Partners who have built a custom front-end using the JSON API can now display the Nexio iframe to collect and save guest credit cards and go on to complete a reservation.
- Supplier Payables Tax Exclusion (British Columbia, CA only) – To accommodate a recent change in tax laws affecting our partners in British Columbia, CA, new Exclude from Payment functionality can be enabled by request on the Add Tax screens in Inntopia RMS.
- Multi-Currency Pricing (TRI CardDog) – Users of the TRI CardDog payment gateway can now offer multi-currency pricing to guests throughout the eComm checkout path.
- Edit CRS User Account – Inntopia CRS has been updated to only allow CRS users to edit their own user account information. To request edits to other users’ account information, contact Inntopia Partner Services.

Inntopia RMS Taxes Table – As part of phase one in developing tax exclusion functionality for our partners in British Columbia, CA, an Exclude from Payment column has been added to the tax tables in Inntopia RMS. This place-holder column will not be functional or show any values until development of the entire tax exclusion feature has been completed and released.

Itinerary ID Length – To accommodate the increasing number of Itinerary IDs in the Inntopia Commerce platform, the length of newly created Itinerary IDs has been increased from eight digits to nine digits. This increase will not affect partner operations.
- Insurance Policies Report – The Insurance Policies report in Inntopia CRS has been enhanced to now include integrated insurance products such as pass protection and injury insurance.
- eComm My Account – An issue preventing the ability to edit contact information in some My Account pages in Inntopia eComm has been fixed.
- Inntopia + Nexio Integration – Inntopia has developed a new integration with Nexio®, a tokenized payment gateway that also includes fraud protection. Payments processed through Inntopia's integration with Nexio are automatically protected by Kount®.
- Inntopia + Spot Insurance Integration – To provide guests with the option of insuring their travel purchases including trip, product, and injury protection, Inntopia has developed a new integration with Spot Insurance.
- Inntopia RMS Promotion Code – When a user removes a promotion, to prevent issues with possible duplicate codes, the promotion code and promotion cross reference code will now also be removed.
- Inntopia RMS Cross Reference Codes – When a user removes a product from Inntopia RMS, users now receive a warning that all associated cross reference codes will also be removed from the Inntopia database. Users can then decide whether or not to proceed with the product removal.
- Customer Receivables/Travel Agent Commission – To allow resellers to hold back a portion of customer payment as travel agent commission, two new debit and credit fields have been added to the Customer Receivables tab of the Itinerary History screen in Inntopia CRS: Travel Agent Holdback and Travel Agent Holdback Refund. - Inntopia RMS Non-Refundable Deposits – An issue causing non-refundable deposit amounts for Canadian suppliers to appear on the Reservations tab in Inntopia RMS in US dollars (USD) rather than CA dollars (CAD) has been fixed.
- Data Exporter Report – An issue causing some of the text of customer requirements to appear "cut off" in the Data Exporter report has been fixed. The text now appears in its entirety.
- Inntopia + GolfNow Integration – Inntopia has developed a new two-way integration with GolfNow® which allows for communication between Inntopia and a golf property's tee-sheet software. (This integration replaces the previous integration with GolfSwitch.)
- Maintain Promo Codes Report – The Maintain Promo Code report in Inntopia CRS has been updated to no longer include promo codes that have been inactivated more than one year ago or those that are flagged for removal.
- Inntopia + Siriusware Integration – The Siriusware integration has been updated to optionally prevent automatically sending duplicate emails for items associated with additional guests.
- Featured Supplier and Product Direct-Link eComm URL – Create direct-link URLs for featured activity and merchandise supplier and product landing pages in eComm.
- Price Hurdle Tool Column Names – To improve usability of the Price Hurdle Tool, the following column names have been updated:
- Base Price has been changed to Initial Hurdle Price
- Hurdle Price has been changed to Current Hurdle Price
- Price Hurdle Tool – An issue in the Price Hurdle Tool filter display causing an error message to appear has been fixed.
- Supplier Payables Page – A display issue preventing transactions that lack a due date and are involved with reversing a payment or refund from showing as "Closed" on the Supplier Payables page in Inntopia CRS has been fixed. (This display issue did not affect accounting records.)
- Commerce Supplier API – To more closely align with restrictions supported in Inntopia RMS, the Closed to Departure restriction has been added to the Commerce Supplier API.
- Rate Optimizer Time-Outs – To accommodate the time it takes to load larger numbers of rate items when adding a sales discount via the rate optimizer, the Inntopia RMS time-out rate has been increased.
- Springer-Miller Systems Modifications/Cancellations – The Inntopia + Springer-Miller integration has been updated to prevent a secondary confirmation number from causing some modifications and cancellations to fail.
- Travel Agent Payables –
- Travel Agent Transfers – An issue causing incorrect amounts to be transferred to travel agents when calculating refunds on the Inntopia CRS Customer Receivables page has been fixed.
- Travel Agent Taxes/Fees – An issue causing incorrect Taxes and Fees travel agent payables to be displayed in the Supplier Accounts Payables page has been fixed.
- FreedomPay/Kount – To avoid inadvertently triggering a possible fraud event for multiple credit card transactions made on shared devices, the device ID will no longer be sent to Kount for FreedomPay transactions made in Inntopia CRS through a call-center. (The device ID will still be sent to Kount for FreedomPay transactions made through Inntopia eComm.)
- Same-Day Integrated Reservations – An issue causing integrated, same-day arrival reservations that were booked after midnight ET to fail has been fixed.
- Add Supplier/Product in CRS – An issue causing an error when a supplier or product was added in Inntopia CRS that had associated fees with descriptions that exceeded 50 characters has been fixed.
- Product Links from Inntopia CRS and Email – An issue causing broken text and image links to products to appear on the itinerary confirmation page in Inntopia CRS and on confirmation emails has been fixed.
- Credit Card Fraud Protection
- Freedom Pay + Kount – The Inntopia + Freedom Pay payment gateway integration has been enhanced to now include the option of adding Kount fraud protection services. This service requires a separate account with Kount.
- Fraud Detection Error Message – To further secure against credit card fraud, the eComm checkout flow no longer offers the option to update a credit card in the alert message when a transaction is denied due to suspected fraud.
- Promotion Component Settings – A display issue caused by users having the ability to select N/A as the quantity type when entering component settings for promotions has been fixed. N/A has been removed from the quantity type drop-down list.
- Shift 4 – Minor security enhancements have been applied to the Shift 4 payment gateway integration.
- Purged Credit Cards –
- Display – To indicate that a credit card number previously used for purchase has been automatically purged from the Inntopia system for security reasons, all areas of the Inntopia CRS and RMS user interfaces that display masked credit card numbers now include the word "Purged".
- Functionality – To modify an itinerary using a purged credit card number, the agent must obtain the credit card information from the guest and re-enter it into the system.
- Display – To indicate that a credit card number previously used for purchase has been automatically purged from the Inntopia system for security reasons, all areas of the Inntopia CRS and RMS user interfaces that display masked credit card numbers now include the word "Purged".
- Package Builder – Issues preventing group leader product photos from appearing as expected in Package Builder have been fixed.
- Customer Requirements – An issue that allowed online guests and CRS agents to complete a reservation/checkout despite not fulfilling a photo customer requirement has been fixed.
- Innteract – Various issues fixes and enhancements applied to Innteract.
- Product Image Link – An issue preventing product images from appearing when attempting to access via a link in an email or links in Inntopia CRS (Agentopia search results, itinerary confirmation, etc.) has been fixed.
- User Management – An issue preventing users with Admin privileges the ability to edit other users' account information within the User Management screen has been fixed.
- Copy Product – An issue causing an error upon copying a product in which the product name character limit exceeded 100 has been fixed.

Itinerary History > Customer Account Receivable –
- Travel Agent Payables – An issue where Travel Agent Payables created from processing Supplier Transfers in the Process Payments, Refunds and Adjustments section on the Itinerary History > Customer Account Receivable tab were erroneously generated under a child CRS account has been fixed. Those travel agent payables are now correctly generated under the Super Parent CRS account.
- Supplier Payables – An issue where Supplier Payables created from reversing a transaction in the Transaction Statement section on the Itinerary History > Customer Account Receivable tab were erroneously generated under a child CRS account has been fixed. Those supplier payables are now correctly generated under the Super Parent CRS account.
- Commerce Portal
- Sales channel-wide links and messages, as well as user reminders, are now visible to Inntopia CRS users on the Commerce Portal home screen.
- Platform-wide links and dismissible alerts, messages, and information posted by Inntopia are now visible to all users on the Commerce Portal home screen.

Inntopia RMS: Create New User – An issue preventing the supplier name from appearing on the Create New User for <supplier name> screen in the User Access area of Inntopia RMS has been fixed.

OTA Integrations – An issue causing integrated, same-day arrival reservations booked after 9 p.m. in the Pacific time zone (PDT) to fail has been fixed. This issue affected Visual One, Springer-Miller Systems, Maestro, and Commerce Supplier API third-party vendor integrations.
- Account Details – A new Account Details pop-up window has replaced the Add/Edit User pop-up window in CRS and the Edit User Info pop-up window in RMS.
- Voice/Text Verification Log-in Code – The ability to receive verification log-in codes via the preferred and more secure method of voice/text message has been added to the log-in screens for both Inntopia CRS and RMS. The ability to receive codes via email remain in effect; however, eventually voice/text will become the sole means of receiving the code
- Verification Phone Number – A new field has been added to the Account Details and Create New User screens for entering the phone number to which verification codes for logging into Inntopia CRS and Inntopia RMS are sent via voice or text message.
- RMS User Access/CRS Manage Users – The User Access and Manage Users screens have been upgraded to include ellipses with a drop-down menu for editing user account information, user roles, and removing users.
- Reports & AR/AP – In Inntopia CRS, all currently available reports and accounting tools have been consolidated and now reside on the main Reports & AR/AP page.
FreedomPay – An issue preventing the Guest Name from saving correctly in eComm when adding a new credit card using the FreedomPay payment processor has been fixed.
International Phone Numbers – An issue causing discrepancy in how international phone numbers were being saved in remote systems in some instances when using the Inntopia CRM Adapter has been fixed.
Data Warehouse Accounting Feeds – An issue causing an incorrect value to be stored in a database field on the voucher (payment) record during the process of submitting a voucher for payment in the Supplier & Travel Agents Payables tool, has been fixed.
Supplier Payables – Supplier payables generated from Supplier Transfers on the Customer Account Receivable tab of a CRS account that is a child of a Super Parent CRS and is electing to issue all payables thru the Super Parent CRS are now generated under the Super Parent CRS account.
eComm Checkout Flow – An issue causing some customers to be redirected back to the login screen during various points in the eComm checkout flow has been fixed.
Customer Requirements – An issue causing Date of Birth (DOB) records on Customer Requirements to sometimes be saved incorrectly has been fixed.
CRM Adapter – CRM Adapter has been enhanced to consume FreedomPay credit card tokens. It will also now consume and serve basic Friends and Family profile information.
Commerce Platform – General stability improvements and enhancements.
Itinerary Quote with Travel Agent – An issue causing itinerary quotes associated with a travel agent to reveal the travel agent commission on the customer copy of the quote sent to travel agents has been fixed.
Deposit Schedules – An issue causing the terms of deposit schedules to change when navigating between fields on the Company tab in Inntopia RMS has been fixed.
Waiver Signature Translation – The French translation of Step 4 in the waiver signing process in Inntopia eComm has been updated to read: Acceptation des risques.
Product Group Display Name – An issue in Inntopia eComm preventing correct translation of the Product Group Display Name for packages/promotions has been fixed.
Itinerary Summary Report – An issue causing an error while attempting to run the Itinerary Summary report in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
Modify/Cancel Itinerary with Customer Requirements – An issue preventing modification or cancellation of an itinerary in Inntopia CRS that contains products with customer requirements and those customer requirements were removed or updated has been fixed. This fix also addressed a similar issue of being unable to modify/cancel an itinerary where additional products with customer requirements had been added.
Promotion Inspector – In Inntopia CRS, the Promotion Inspector has been updated to use the Booking Dates range promotion setting to determine whether the promotion is active or inactive (rather than the Dates Available range setting).
- Inntopia RMS Login – The Inntopia RMS login screen has been simplified. The multi-factor authentication process remains the same.
- Inntopia RMS/CRS Forgot Password – After too many failed password attempts, users of both Inntopia RMS and Inntopia CRS are now required to reset their password using the Forgot Password link on the login screen and will no longer be able to wait a period of time for another attempt.
- Inntopia RMS/CRS Password Reset – The password reset process for both Inntopia CRS and Inntopia RMS has been updated. Users are now required to use the Forgot Password link on the login screen. The ability to reset a password while logged into either application is no longer available.
- Inntopia RMS Account Creation – New Inntopia RMS (supplier) accounts are now created either via URL available by request to Inntopia staff or by logging into an existing account.
- Inntopia RMS User Access – A newly designed User Access screen in Inntopia RMS allows for more easily managing user accounts and privileges.
- Time-based Inventory Pools – The ability to create inventory pools that allow for shared inventory among time-based products has been added to Inntopia RMS.
- Oracle® OPERA PMS Integration – A new two-way integration between Inntopia Commerce and Oracle's OPERA PMS is now available.
- Siriusware – Inntopia has enhanced the integration with Siriusware to support sending international phone numbers to the guest profile in Siriusware.
- CRS Air Itinerary – An issue preventing users from being able to add a passenger name to an Air itinerary has been fixed.
- Inntopia CRS Find City – When using the Find City tool for creating or editing a customer profile, an issue causing occasional incorrect auto-fill of the city and country details has been fixed. The Find City tool now only returns US and Canadian cities.
- Bundle Pop-Up – To help avoid confusion for customers, the text on the Bundle pop-up window in eComm has been changed from "Included with <parent product name>" to "Offered with <parent product name>".
- Siriusware Bar Code Retrieval – Siriusware barcodes can now be configured to use USER_RESNO as the barcode value. This new barcode is in addition to the currently supported values.
- Siriusware Private Lessons – Siriusware Private Lessons can now be configured to send reservations to Siriusware based on lesson location and sport.
- Siriusware Bar Code – An issue preventing Siriusware barcodes from being encrypted when they were configured to be encrypted has been fixed.
- Air – An issue preventing passenger names from getting added to air itineraries has been fixed.
- Comprehensive Sales Report – An issue preventing the ability to access itinerary details from the Comprehensive Sales report in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Revenue and Commissions Report – An issue preventing the ability to view itinerary details from the Revenue and Commissions by Product and Supplier report in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Stability and Security – General improvements were made to enhance stability and security throughout the Commerce platform.
- Tape Chart – An issue preventing the full name of products from appearing in a pop-up box when hovering the mouse over the short name in the Tape Chart product list has been fixed.
- Quote Templates
- Duplicate Messages – An issue causing duplicate saved itinerary and default quote messages to appear on saved itinerary and quote emails has been fixed.
- Duplicate Unsubscribe URL – An issue causing duplicate or multiple unsubscribe URLs to appear on saved itinerary and quote emails has been fixed.
- Customer Requirements – An issue causing grouped customer requirements to be removed from some products in Inntopia RMS has been fixed.

Commerce Portal Security – The Commerce Portal has been updated such that links that appear in the Tools and Quick Links menus will vary depending on the privileges assigned to the user. Users only have access to those tools for which they have permissions granted.
- Agilysis Visual One Integration – Group Block functionality has been completed for the Inntopia – Agilysis Visual One (V1) integration. This functionality includes the ability to auto-create products and promotions in Inntopia that have been previously created in V1.
- RMS Tape Chart: Group Block Toggle – To aid in managing large numbers of group products associated with group blocks, users integrated with Agilysis Visual One can use the Toggle Group Blocks switch to hide or show group block products.
- RMS Remove Product and RMS Remove Promotion – Users now have the ability to remove a product or remove a promotion from their Inntopia RMS account. Removed products and promotions remain in the Inntopia database but are no longer accessible in the user account.
- Manage Marketing Sources – A redesigned Manage Sources screen includes an easy-to-use interface for creating and managing source categories and sources.
- Set Search Options – A new Search Options screen allows users to more easily search for and set search options for their account. Search option categories are organized into drop-down sections and any selected search options are automatically saved.
- CRS Two-Factor Authentication – Two-factor authentication has been implemented for logging into Inntopia CRS.
- CRS User Management – The User Management screen has been redesigned to provide a more stream-lined user experience that allows for creating new users, assigning user roles, and adding the user to a sales channel in one process.
- Password Reset – An issue preventing users that have an @ symbol in their Inntopia CRS user ID from resetting their password has been fixed.
- Cross-Reference Codes – An issue preventing users from saving edits to supplier cross-reference codes in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Custom Currency Exchange Rates – An issue preventing users from updating/saving custom currency exchange rates in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Customer Requirements – An issue allowing guests to complete booking on some itineraries containing products with customer requirements that the guest had not filled out has been fixed.
- Bundles/Promotions – An issue causing bundles or promotions to appear for incorrect sales channels when the user is logged into these Inntopia RMS features through Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Commerce Portal – The Commerce Portal is Inntopia's new space that houses links to tools, reports, and applications such as your Inntopia CRS home page and Inntopia RMS.
- Promotion Inspector – The Promotion Inspector allows users to quickly view details about a promotion and troubleshoot issues with greater efficiency.
- IDeaS G3 Integration – Inntopia has developed an integration with IDeaS G3 Revenue Management Solution which enables Inntopia’s partners to make pricing decisions to drive optimal revenue performance.
- Price Hurdle Tools – Price Hurdle tools provide insight for partners with an IDeaS G3 integration.
- Non-refundable Deposit – An issue causing incorrect calculation of non-refundable deposit amounts has been fixed.
- Accounting Rules – An issue preventing the creation of new accounting rules in Inntopia CRS has been fixed.
- Supplier and Travel Agent Payables Export/Print Function – An issue preventing correct printing of individual batches of Supplier and Travel Agent Payables has been fixed. A new Print button allows agents to print the payable directly to a printer or save as a PDF.
Inntopia RMS Two-Factor Authentication – Two-Factor Authentication has been implemented for logging into Inntopia RMS.
- Data Warehouse Access – A security enhancement has been added to the Data Warehouse where access can now be granted for only specific extracts. For more details, contact Inntopia Partner Services.
- Siriusware –
- Configurable Settlement Type – The ability to configure a per-resort settlement tag has been added to the Siriusware integration.
- Rental Shop Location – The ability to integrate specific rental shop locations for multiple rental shop locations has been added to the Siriusware integration.
- Inntopia CRS Security and Stability – Focused maintenance to improve security and stability within Inntopia CRS has been completed. User functionality has not been affected.
- Remote Systems Reservations Report – The Remote Systems Reservations report has been updated to only display one line-item per transaction.
- Commerce Supplier API – The Commerce Supplier API has been updated to allow loading inventory without first loading rates.
