  • FareHarbor Integration – An issue causing HTML code to appear in the descriptive text of FareHarbor products has been fixed.
  • Opera PMS Integration – An issue affecting the Opera + Inntopia PMS integration that caused multiple cancellation notifications to be sent to the Opera system has been fixed.

  • Optional Bundles – An issue preventing the modal for optional bundles from appearing to eComm customers in some instances has been fixed.

  • Shift4 Payment Gateway – Inntopia Commerce has upgraded its integration with the newer REST-based API version of Shift4.

  • Promotion Customer Requirements – An issue that prevented users from accessing or adding to itineraries containing promotion customer requirements has been fixed.

  • FareHarbor Integration – Inntopia Commerce has developed an integration with the FareHarbor POS system to offer time-based tour, activity, rental, and attraction products sold through FareHarbor.

    Note: Priced customer requirements for this integration are still in development; however, that feature is expected to be available in the coming few weeks.

  • Inntopia RMS – The Inntopia RMS Terms and Conditions have been updated. Upon initial login to an existing Inntopia RMS account, the user must accept the click-through agreement to continue. Once one user accepts, no other users on the account will be presented with the agreement.

 

  • Sensible Weather – Items covered by a Sensible Weather Guarantee are now indicated by an umbrella icon on both the Inntopia CRS itinerary window and in the Inntopia eComm shopping cart. Hovering the mouse pointer over the icon reveals text indicating the item is covered by Sensible Weather.
  • Supplier Integration API –
    • The Supplier Integration API endpoint used to delete product customer requirements has been enhanced to automatically delete them using either the Inntopia customer requirement code or the remote system requirement code.
    • To prevent errors during message processing, the time stamp is now removed from the startDate and endDate fields prior to message processing.
    • An error preventing rates from successfully posting to Inntopia caused by having an empty GroupBlockCode field in the rate message has been fixed.
    • An issue preventing restriction messages from processing has been fixed.
  • Data Exporter – An issue preventing some packages from being displayed in the Data Exporter has been fixed.
  • Commerce Confirmation Emails – An issue sometimes causing French language Commerce confirmation emails to be sent in English has been fixed.
  • Nexio: Card Expiration Date – An issue causing the expiration date on credit cards processed through the Nexio payment gateway in some time zones to be saved incorrectly has been fixed.

  • Fee-Inclusive Pricing Display – When Fee-Inclusive Pricing Display is in use, an issue sometimes causing the fee amount tied to a bundled parent product to be incorrectly added to the display price of optional child products has been fixed.

  • Vertical Insure – To offer simple, embedded insurance solutions that protect guests and increase ski resort revenue, Inntopia now offers an integration with Vertical Insure. Vertical Insure offers Trip, Refund, and Accident/Injury insurance products in real time based on guest and itinerary details.

  • Booking Fee System Setting – To provide clarity on its function, the Booking Fee system setting has been renamed to Booking Fee - Include taxes and fees in percentage booking fee calculation.

  • Activity Wizard – Activity Wizard has been enhanced to allow adding descriptions to individual Product offerings.
  • eComm – To improve performance, the Inntopia eComm application and the JSON API have been enhanced to support compression (gzip and brotli).
  • JSON API – Two new JSON V2 endpoints are now available:
    • Itinerary View – View past itinerary details.
    • Lodging Calendar – View lodging availability data for a sales channel's supplier or location.
  • Activity Wizard – Activity Wizard has been enhanced to allow adding descriptions and images to individual Product Categories and Product Attributes.
  • eComm Error Message – The pop-up message presented to guests upon encountering an error during the booking process has been modified to now display contact information (email and/or phone number) specific to the eComm sales channel.
  • CRS Error Messages – Some instances of error messaging text have been updated in Inntopia CRS.
  • Inntopia RMS Taxes – An issue affecting how multiple of the same type of concurrent taxes are displayed in Inntopia RMS has been fixed.
  • Inntopia CRS/eComm – An issue causing an error in some instances of attempting to reserve a package has been fixed.
  • Activity Wizard – An issue that, in some instances, was preventing rates from appearing in the Activity Wizard calendar has been fixed.
  • Google Tag Manager – Issues affecting Google Tag Manager functionality for some partners' website analytics tracking have been fixed.

  • Credit Card CVV – As part of Inntopia's ongoing dedication to maintaining high security standards and PCI compliance, the amount of time that a Card Verification Value (CVV) code entered by an eComm guest or CRS agent is available for use in the Commerce platform has been reduced from 48 to 12 hours.

  • JSON API – For users of the JSON API, the GetActivitiesBySupplier response now indicates whether the Tax- and Fee-Inclusive Pricing Display settings have been configured.

  • Sensible Weather Integration – So that partners can provide the opportunity for guests to purchase weather-guarantee reimbursement coverage for their itineraries, Inntopia has developed an integration with Sensible Weather.
  • Supplier Integration Photo URL – To allow a third party receiving a reservation to access a customer photo, the Supplier Integration API now includes the ability to send a photo URL in the reservation message with customer requirements.
  • RTP Two-Way Integration – The ability to send RTP Private Lesson profile mapping detail for products that have both Private Lesson and Inventory Pool profiles is now supported.
  • Fee-Inclusive Pricing – An issue causing inconsistent fee-inclusive pricing on some eComm pages has been fixed.

  • Inntopia + Agilysys Versa – Inntopia has developed a two-way integration with the Agilysys Versa PMS.

  • Siriusware Integration – For partners integrated with Siriusware who want pass or ticket numbers to originate in Siriusware, the Inntopia + Siriusware integration now supports GetPassID.
  • Maestro Integration – The Inntopia + Maestro integration now supports Deposit/Refund Payment Postings.
  • eComm Address Auto-Complete – You can now configure your Inntopia eComm sales channels to provide auto-complete address options for US, CA, AUS guests in the check-out path.

  • Activity Wizard –

    • Visual Indicators – To indicate to users that their requested action is taking place and to prevent users from attempting further action before the current action is complete, visual indicators such as spinners and greyed-out buttons have been added to the interface.
    • Add to Cart Calculation – The Add to Cart button now calculates the total of each selected item to be added to the shopping cart, including required and optional bundle products.
    • Fair Pricing Text Display – To allow compliance with laws requiring tax and fee transparency in online pricing displays, for accounts set up to do so, Activity Wizard now displays text alerting consumers to Tax-Inclusive and/or Fee-Inclusive pricing.
    • General Performance Enhancements
  • YieldView Calendar Currency Code – An issue sometimes causing the currency code in the eComm YieldView Calendar to appear different from what was expected has been fixed.
  • Activity Wizard – You can now build a custom eComm shopping page that lets shoppers select from pre-defined product parameters (attributes) that drive them to a tailor-made set of search results.
  • Adobe Analytics Tracking – Adobe Analytics website tracking is now supported for eComm sales channels.
  • OneTrust – OneTrust, a data privacy and security software provider, is now supported for eComm sales channels.
  • Reservation Processing – An unnecessary yellow warning message no longer appears upon successfully completing a forced price-change reservation in Inntopia CRS.
  • Fee-Inclusive Pricing – To allow users selling to consumers residing in California comply with California's new Honest Pricing law, a fee-inclusive pricing display option is now available.

  • Deactivate Product-level Tax – An issue preventing taxes from becoming inactive on the specified date and preventing the Inactive Date from appearing as expected on the Product Tax screen in Inntopia RMS after a product-specific tax has been set to be deactivated has been fixed.

    As result of the issue fix, the Deactivate Tax Table window now allows users to select a specific product tax for deactivation from a drop-down list.

  • RTP Two-Way Integration – RTP Private Lesson profile mapping is now supported via the following customer requirements:
    • Ability Level for Private Lesson
    • Instructor Request
    • Private Lesson Comment
  • Package Builder – An issue causing incorrect available quantities of grouped activity products in Package Builder has been fixed.
  • Supplier Detail Page – An issue that, in some instances, caused duplicate search filters to appear on the supplier detail page in eComm has been fixed.

  • Inntopia RMS –

    • Product Taxes – An issue preventing a product-level tax having the same name as an existing company-level tax from being applied to the product has been fixed. The product-level tax is now applied to the product as expected.
    • User Administration – An issue preventing users who have the correct permissions from administering users in inactive suppliers has been fixed. Users with adequate permissions can now administer users in inactive suppliers.
    • Copy Product – An issue causing an incorrect link to be assigned to a copied product photo assigned to a new product has been fixed.
    • Merchandise Price Change – An issue causing a price change on a merchandise item to also change the price of any inventoried items with the same price has been fixed. Inventoried items now maintain their original price and are not impacted by changes to merchandise items.

  • Nexio

    • Address Verification Service (AVS) – The Nexio integration has been enhanced to collect guest address information to support using AVS functionality.
    • Kount – The Nexio integration has been enhanced to collect additional guest information to provide more advanced Kount fraud protection.
    • JSON API – Partners who have built a custom front-end using the JSON API can now display the Nexio iframe to collect and save guest credit cards and go on to complete a reservation.
  • Supplier Payables Tax Exclusion (British Columbia, CA only) – To accommodate a recent change in tax laws affecting our partners in British Columbia, CA, new Exclude from Payment functionality can be enabled by request on the Add Tax screens in Inntopia RMS.
  • Multi-Currency Pricing (TRI CardDog) – Users of the TRI CardDog payment gateway can now offer multi-currency pricing to guests throughout the eComm checkout path.
  • Edit CRS User Account – Inntopia CRS has been updated to only allow CRS users to edit their own user account information. To request edits to other users’ account information, contact Inntopia Partner Services.

  • Inntopia RMS Taxes Table – As part of phase one in developing tax exclusion functionality for our partners in British Columbia, CA, an Exclude from Payment column has been added to the tax tables in Inntopia RMS. This place-holder column will not be functional or show any values until development of the entire tax exclusion feature has been completed and released.

  • Itinerary ID Length – To accommodate the increasing number of Itinerary IDs in the Inntopia Commerce platform, the length of newly created Itinerary IDs has been increased from eight digits to nine digits. This increase will not affect partner operations.

  • Insurance Policies Report – The Insurance Policies report in Inntopia CRS has been enhanced to now include integrated insurance products such as pass protection and injury insurance.
  • eComm My Account – An issue preventing the ability to edit contact information in some My Account pages in Inntopia eComm has been fixed.
